Compatible with children: Yes Skylar was brought in with his brother Caesar on 6-17-11 when his owner could no longer care for them. (They were a bonded pair but Caesar passed 5/22/12). Update-5-22-12: Skylar is still with his foster family but they would still like him on petfinder in case someone may be interested in this wonderful boy. UPDATE!! 12-15-11 Skylar is presently in a foster home in Iowa City. His foster family say that he is avery athletic and friendly cat who likes to drink straight out of the faucets. He likes his ears scratched and enjoys being with his people. Skylar does have a thyroid condition which requires him to take a small pill every day and he takes it with no probem. The cost is about $20 a month for this medication. He also likes the 5 cats in the household and does not pay much attention to the dogs. He also likes the toddler in the family and enjoys being carried around. The foster family feels Skylar and Caesar are the perfect pets for just about any family.
